VIOLATING OUR RIGHTS
So, it has come to this in Ontario. Segregation! Dividing people based on their private medical status. Here is some food for thought. Rosa Parks could still ride on a bus in racially segregated Alabama in 1955 and yet even our own prime minister is saying â" with glee and pride â" that he will ensure no Canadian can travel via plane or train without being vaccinated. Not only does this violate our Charter of Rights of being able to roam freely in and out of Canada (Sec. 6, which covers mobility rights), we are also at the point where we are discriminating at a level that is worse than what we have read in history books. Thank goodness for the businesses standing up against this tyranny, but good luck in getting any support from the media â" and I am looking at you Toronto Sun â" for doing this. Some country weâve turned into, isnât it?

(These decisions are increasingly growing the rift in our society, thatâs true. But itâs all designed to continue to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated)
WHAT A LIFE
So much has changed regarding the reverence of life since COVID-19 became a focal point of controversy, with anti-maskers and anti-vaccinators showing little concern regarding the horrific death tolls in both Canada, the U.S., and around the world. Our government has spent millions of dollars trying to convince the above about the importance of wearing a mask and being vaccinated, but it seems the words of health and scientific professionals fall on deaf ears. Itâs unbelievable that when a majority of persons admitted to hospitals due to COVID are non-vaccinated, they still refuse to change their minds. They just wonât believe scientific facts but are willing to accept false narratives on social media, or listen to irresponsible remarks from a particular television host who spews false innuendos, discouraging the wearing of masks and being vaccinated. Just how much protection from prosecution â" based on âfreedom of speechâ â" is allowable when false narratives are responsible for tens of thousands of avoidable COVID deaths. Canadaâs silent majority is sick and tired of selfish anti-vaccinators who protest with signs and aggressive behaviour towards those supportive of vaccination mandates. Ontario schools already mandate that children attending primary or secondary schools are immunized against diphtheria, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, meningitis, whooping cough and chickenpox. Itâs not just for the protection of the child, but also others attending school. You can be sure if these same anti-maskers and anti-vaccinators contracted the COVID delta variant, theyâd expect â" without question â" Canadaâs universal health-care system to save them from themselves.

TONE DEAF TRUDEAU
With Justin Trudeau jetting off to Tofino on Canadaâs first National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, does that make him tone deaf or stone deaf? Didnât someone on his staff tell him this would be a bad idea? I donât know which is sadder â" that he didnât listen or that he needed to be told.

(We donât believe anybody said it was a bad idea; he just doesnât care, nor do his staff)
